All the pleasures of sweet and savory
We start with the classics: delicious bread specially baked for Quai 108 by Frédéric Lalos, Best Craftsman of France, wonderful viennoiseries that sit side by side our deliciously flaky pastries and fresh seasonal fruit salad, enhanced by a mint and passion fruit sirup.
On the savory side, the classic eggs Benedict comes with a choice of smoked salmon, bacon or a vegetarian accompaniment, while the Paname, our breakfast burger, comes complete with brioche bun, hard-boiled egg, Paris ham, mayonnaise and chives. Finally, avocado toast brings a taste of New York.
As for the drinks, there's a delightful mix of hot and cold, from hot chocolate to detox juices, and infusions perfumed with fruit or peppermint.
